We are just a short walk to the beach and centrally located to nearby restaurants, stores, Edisto Marina, and the golf course, etc. The interior features all new hardwood floors, fresh paint throughout, new vanities, a 55" flat screen tv, and more. We have poured our hearts into this home and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Otter Escape is perfectly located on a quiet cul-de-sac only 450 steps from the beach. Our home is spacious inside and out. Main floor master has a king bed, master bath with shower and soaking tub. Two upstairs bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a private bath and a TV in each bedroom. Open space living and dining area join a fully stocked kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy the lulling sounds of the ocean while deer watching on both the front and back decks.

Decorated tastefully, it is very cozy and calming! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals!

Welcome to our unique Edisto Beach home! Our octagonal kit home is one of only a few of these iconic beach houses left on the island. Bright and airy, with plenty of privacy. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. We are pet friendly! We have recently completed major updates to our new home. New windows and flooring throughout. A new kitchen and completely updated hall bath. Primary bath updates coming November 2024.
