(STR21-00116) Located in the Old Town Bluffton Historic District, our charming cottage is a short walk from art galleries, boutiques, gift shops, restaurants, parks, historic houses, and the May River. Hilton Head Island beaches and bike trails, dozens of golf courses, two National Wildlife Refuges, a variety of coastal/ocean opportunities, and many outdoor activities are nearby. Only 35 minutes from Savannah, the cottage is ideal place for couples trips, friends getaways, or family vacations.

Spacious apartment with high ceilings. The back porch has a fantastic view of Charleston harbor. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to downtown and also to beaches. Private dock, kayaks, bicycles (not fancy) and the possibility, weather and tides permitting, of a motorboat ride around the harbor. Cara May Cottage

We love the laidback neighborhood, charming historic architecture, and the 5-block walk to the breezy waterfront along Bay Street. The cozy cottage is one bedroom, one bath, and a lovely living space on a postage stamp lot. The built-in breakfast nook is our favorite spot. Other features are the chic furnishings, 11’ ceilings, tall casement windows, and little front porch. Off-street private parking for one car and smart tv/wifi. The 400 SF cottage is named after the architect's daughter.

This is an 800 sq ft, ocean front, 1 bedroom/1 bath villa just steps away from the beach for a great escape! It offers ocean views on the deck, off of the open living area and from the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz counter tops and high end stainless steel appliances. The huge spa-like bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with bench, rain shower head, large shower head and a hand shower. This villa can accommodate up to 4 guests with the queen sleeper sofa.
