With ample space and a one of a kind design, your family, friends, or colleagues will love this slice of heaven minutes from the beach, pools, golfing, dining, and all of the other amenities Seabrook has to offer. This 2 bedroom home in the heart of Park Circle has just undergone a full renovation. It is conveniently located. 10-15 min drive to downtown Charleston. It is a short walk to all the Park Circle restaurants, breweries, parks, bars, and more. Holy City Brewery, Firefly Distillery, and Riverfront park are right by the house. To enjoy the beach head about 25-35 min to Sullivans Island, Isle of Palms or Folly Beach. Please note there is a train track behind backyard fence.
