Entrance via side gate, with lockbox for keys. Ideal for visiting friends and family in the area, beach only 1km away and Joondaup City Centre only 5kms. Take away x2, coffee house, doctors, bakery, bus stops across the street. Short term rental only as kitchenette no ceiling vent. For light cooking only.

Even with blockout blinds the sun may not wake you but the birds might ! We have lots of Willy Wagtails & Pink & Grey Galahs. From the deck or the couch , enjoy the glorious views over the Nature Reserve filled with grasstrees. Please note that bookings including children will not be accepted.

We have a friendly dog as well.

We are located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep, the beach and shops are both within walking distance. The Yanchep park is just a short drive away. Access to my separate upstairs apartment is from outside, through the garage via the outside stairs. Totally separate .
