Elegante, con suelos y mobiliario exclusivos, luz natural todo el día y recién renovado, cuenta con dos habitaciones dobles, espaciosas y con vistas al mar, dos baños completos en mármol blanco y una cocina de diseño totalmente equipada junto a un precioso salón con balcón al mar con espectaculares vistas al mediterráneo. El apartamento consta de 3 balcones más y cuenta con caja de seguridad, cámaras de vigilancia, puertas de seguridad, detector de intrusos y detectores de humo conectados con la oficina central las 24 horas del día. Imagínate nadando, haciendo un curso de paddle surf, jugando con tus hijos en la arena, haciendo running a orillas del mediterráneo o sencillamente disfrutando de la variada oferta gastronómica del barrio. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, including fridge freezer, oven, vitro-hob, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle. The bathroom has a WC and shower. It is complete with towels, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer. THE APT. INCLUDES: Hot/cold AC, Samsung Smart TV with USB ports/HDMI cable, WIFI internet, Bosch AEG washing machine dryer combo, ironing equipment. For guests staying 28 days or more, we provide clean bed sheets and towels once a week and we offer weekly cleaning for discounted price.
