Hummingbird House is a tiny house decorated in a vintage style, with quality craftsmanship, making use of all recycled building materials. Tucked away on 20 acres with gardens all around, goats, hens, ducks, dogs and cats. The house is newly remodeled and has kitchen, bathroom, double bed, single bed/nook/couch, and dining area table and chairs, with modern heating and air conditioning. Coffee, herbal teas from the garden, sugar, honey, creamy goat milk and cheese are all supplied from the farm.

This 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom retreat is located in the heart of Apple Hill within walking distance to Barsotti's, Delfino Farms and Lava Cap Winery. Immerse yourself in the tranquil, creek side setting as you relax in the private hot tub.

Escape to our cozy cottage, nestled on two beautifully maintained acres shared with the main house. This charming, standalone retreat offers the perfect place to unwind. The property features over 60 fruit trees and a few pets—giving it a peaceful, country feel. The fully fenced property offers privacy and security with a gated entrance and code. We can accommodate up to two vehicles. We are near the heart of Placerville. We’re animal lovers and welcome your well-behaved pets.

Historic Ham’s Station is now renting our beautiful newly renovated cabins. Each cabin was built in the 1890’s. Each cabin has a newly built deck attached for enjoying our beautiful Mountain View. The cabins are located right next to Ham’s Station on hwy 88. A family style restaurant with a full bar. So, you won’t have to go very far to find delicious food after a day of fishing, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, or any other activities our beautiful Sierra mountains have to offer.

With over 50 gorgeous vineyards in striking range (most with adorable tasting rooms), this is a great place to come and unwind! Cozy log cabin perfectly located a short walk to the beach, a lovely bike ride to Sugar Pines State Park, and 5 mins to Homewood Ski Resort. Strong WIFI and smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, gas fireplace in the living room, heaters in bedrooms, and a nice deck w/ a propane bbq. Our cabin is very tiny, yet very comfortable -- perfect for a couple with young children. It is NOT big enough to squeeze in 4 adult-size people. No additional visitors are allowed.
