It's two blocks south of Colorado College, walkable to downtown Colorado Springs, restaurants and dining, nightlife, public transportation nearby, and a 5-min drive to Old Colorado City. You’ll love the neighborhood, walkable to the urban city center, and private entrance. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Walking distance to downtown our cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay. King size bed in upstairs bedroom that has its own TV, sitting area and large closet. Main level has a well equipped kitchen with cooktop, counter top over, microwave and instant pot air fryer/pressure cooker combo. Washer and dryer in kitchen. Each level has its own AC/heat units. Outside we have easy parking and a large patio with gas grill. Easy base camp to see everything the Springs has to offer.

This quiet apartment has a king sized bed, full bath with bathtub, a kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, mini fridge, sink, dishes etc. There is a desk/ dedicated work space and Wifi. Cozy Fishing Cabin in Black Forest

This cozy one-room cabin by the lake is the best of "glamping". It's a perfect getaway for fishermen and those who like seclusion in the woods. The cabin sits nestled in the woods on our 40-acre ranch. The acre lake is stocked with Rainbow trout. You're welcome to bring your fishing gear (please, catch and release only). The cabin is 600 sf with a wood-burning stove, kitchenette (refrigerator, stove top, microwave), sleeping loft with double bed, and bathroom with shower.

A-Frame Country Cabin

A-frame cabin is situated on a 5-acre rural property just beyond the city limits - it is a detached mother-in-law suite, located 200 ft from our main residence. The cabin includes a loft w/a queen-sized bed, a single pullout couch, & a mini kitchen. It faces eastward, away from the mountains. Ideal for those seeking a peaceful countryside retreat, note that access to the bedroom is via a spiral staircase, and the property is serviced by well water. Owner maintained & operated.
