A cozy private cottage nestled on an award-winning family winery and vineyard estate. Amazing sunsets from the deck with access to a picnic area. Enjoy an evening stroll through the vineyard, or play horseshoes and bocce ball to unwind after a long day in Yosemite, 41 miles to Yosemite National Park, and 9 miles to historic downtown Mariposa. This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). You will love the ability to park and wander the historic downtown on foot or to catch the Yarts bus into Yosemite! My place is great for a couple.
