Sie wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und verfügt über alles (und vielen Extras), was man für den täglichen Alltag und einen entspannten Urlaub so braucht. V tomto prostorném a klidném ubytování zapomeneš na všechny starosti. Byt byl původně vytvořen pro privátní účely majitele, což podtrhuje řada drobností a detailů. Apartmán je vkusně a až nadstandardně zařízen, má klimatizaci v hlavní ložnici, ventilátory. Z prostorné terasy je výhled na moře. Lokalita je spíše klidná, ale zároveň dobře dostupná do rušného centra, které je cca asi 10 min. chůze. V domě je více bytů k pronájmu, proto je možné doporučit i pro více rodin.
