At Home in Madrid VII, Trendy Neighborhood

Open tall wooden shutters and let morning light stream into a room with exposed timber framing and whitewashed brick walls reaching to high ceilings. Have breakfast in a cheerful open space at a sunny table in front of an elegant fireplace. I have several apartments in Madrid, but this is the latest one I have decorated, paying close attention to detail. I have truly tried to make it as comfortable as possible for my guests. It has lots of light and it's beautiful. If one were to read my reviews they would notice that I care a lot for my guests, I am always readily available, and I try my best to make them feel at home when they are in Madrid. You will have the whole apartment. We will be there in person to meet you, and give you the keys. After you book, I give you my number and you can text or call if needed. The apartment is in Chueca, one of the nicest and trendiest neighborhoods in Madrid. Walk to the main street, Gran Via. It's near the Prado, Puerta del Sol and Parque del Retiro. It's surrounded by wonderful places to have tapas and a glass of wine. We are about a block away from the Gran Via, you can walk everywhere, but we also have metro stations and buss stops nearby. If you are coming with a car, there is a Public Parking Garage about 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Madrid The apartment is fully yours for the duration of your stay. I would be glad to answer any question and help with any matter, guided tour and culinary tours are available with additional cost. The apartment is in the heart of the bohemian Barrio de las Letras district with its vibrant culture and nightlife. Madrid's best museums and historical sites are on the doorstep, or stroll to bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, and the metro. Most points of interest are within walking distance, you can also get by Metro, Bus, Taxi or by bike.

Madrid-Atocha: vistas al Botánico para2-4 personas

Alquilamos este apartamento que fue nuestro hogar durante mucho tiempo hasta que la tribu creció, lo hemos cuidado con mimo siempre, es un oasis en plena ciudad, con vistas al jardín Botánico de Madrid, los atardeceres son un regalo. A unos pasos del Retiro, auténtico pulmón de la ciudad, de la estación Atocha (AVE, Cercanías Metro)y de los mejores museos :Prado, Reina Sofía ,Thyssen... El apartamento tiene: salón comedor amplio con sofá cama, cocina semi integrada, dormitorio y cuarto de baño.

Casa Tita Coco-Lita. Luminosa y tranquila

Piso muy luminoso en el epicentro de Madrid, y reformado en mayo 2017, donde se ha mantenido el valor de la tradición con elementos de diseño actual. Situado en el barrio más hype de Madrid. A 200 m del Museo Reina Sofia y a 700 m del Prado. A 5 minutos de La Puerta del Sol y del Parque del Retiro. Metro y autobuses a 100 m. Se puede ir andando a casi todos los sitios de la ciudad. Infinidad de restaurantes, bares y tiendas de moda y diseño para disfrutar de las zonas más castizas de Madrid.
