Unwind with family or friends at this spacious cabin located on 5 wooded acres on Anderson Lake. Whether you're looking for a weeklong stay or a quick weekend getaway, Maple Hideaway, with all its amenities, is sure to have something for everyone. Take a soak in the hot tub, relax in the sauna, enjoy a game with the family, make s’mores at the fire pit, take a dip in the lake or go ice fishing. The Maynard Cabin, a Civil War era log cabin

The Maynard Log Cabin was erected by a homesteader after the civil war. We have moved and restored it and made it available for rent. It is off the grid, but it has a complete functioning kitchen, wood stove and sitting room downstairs. There are two antique beds with new mattresses upstairs. There is no electricity but the cabin is furnished with kerosene lanterns. The bathroom facilities consist of wash basins and outhouse. The cabin is surrounded by 40 acres of woods and meadows.

Suite Cherry No. 1

Enjoy a private, main floor, three room suite with private off street parking and private entrance. No stairs to climb, just a ramp onto the deck entrance. You will have a living room with a couch, recliner, TV and small dining table. The bedroom has a full size bed and a well stocked kitchenette. The ensuite provides a closet, plenty of shelving, storage cabinet and a full bathroom with apartment size wash machine (no dryer). We'd be happy to share our back deck with you as well.

Hello! We're a small town local MN family hoping to share our getaway with others to make memories in. Nestled in acres of woods by a peaceful lake, this cabin contains plenty of amenities to have special moments with your family. Whether it be enjoying a game of cornhole while grilling a steak, taking the kayak out for fishing, or staying indoors next to the fire place! PLEASE BE AWARE, there is a cabin directly next to this one on the north side, that we share a driveway with.
