This lovely Bungalow on 5 acres is nestled along 1000ft of the Boardman River. We have kayaks, hammock, outside dining/living area with fireplace, and hot tub. The property is surrounded by state land and trails, perfect for hiking, kayaking, side by sides, and snowmobiling. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic condiments. Retreat to the spacious covered porch to relax and view the acre-and-half property leading down to 100ft of 6Mile Lake frontage. Star gaze while relaxing in the comfortable, Amish-built gilding chairs around the spacious, paver fire pit area .

Rustic cabin originally built in 1951, less than a mile from Elk Rapids and 12 miles from downtown Traverse City! Boat launches and beaches in every direction. I want to reiterate the rustic aspect. The cabin is old. The tile is marked in places, the carpet weathered. The places has..character.
