Country Charm

Country Charm is a good place for travelers to unwind. We live in a long lane on an 18 acre horse farm. The full kitchen and different sleeping spaces will serve you well. There’s laundry available and good Wi-Fi. Town is 5 miles. Our Classical Conversations homeschooling family lives here with four children ages 6 -14. You will hear noises from upstairs such as walking, voices, doors, etc. We try to go to bed around 9PM, and the children are often up around 7, just so you know what to expect.

This beautiful, relaxing guest space is a self-contained basement apartment with with its own entry stairway from the inside of the garage. Totally remodeled in the summer of 2018, it is complete with a full kitchen and cooking essentials. The host couple occupy the main level of this large ranch home, but the basement is dedicated for guest usage. Guests can come and go through a coded entry door into the garage. EiUse of the back yard, with all its amenities, is available when pre-arranged

Enjoy privacy in this beautifully handcrafted cottage with arched ceilings. The cottage is 2 miles from downtown Goshen - a vibrant small town with restaurants and shops. It's 1 mile from Goshen College, 45 minutes from Notre Dame and 25 minutes from the Amish town of Shipshewana. The cottage is beside a fruit, nut and berry orchard and gardens. It's adjacent to a city bike trail that links to the Pumpkinvine nature/bike trail. It's close to a train crossing (with whistle) and a busy street.

Retreat and unplug in a quite country neighborhood in the heart of Amish country. The covered porch overlooks a farm and you can see a great sunset and often wildlife as well. The apartment itself is a walkout basement with a front entrance and large windows overlooking the farm and field across the road. This apartment offers all the comforts of home with two bedrooms, a pullout sofa bed, large kitchen, living room and bathroom. This retreat provides a chance to unplug and do things together.

We have the perfect base for your Northern Indiana activities being centrally located between Elkhart and Goshen with easy access to the US 20 bypass and the Indiana Toll Road. This attached apartment with private outside entrance will allow you to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of a country setting. Two off street parking spots are available just outside the entrance. The apartment has one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room to easily accommodating four people. No pets allowed.

You will be welcomed with our exceptionally clean and cozy 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom duplex/apartment and a fully furnished kitchen. There is a beautiful back yard just out the back door where you can relax in your private hot tub. There is Wi-Fi available for our guest. The cozy living room has comfortable sectional couch and an easy chair. If your are competitive we have a ping pong table in the basement for you to use. There is no TV but you are welcomed to bring your own if you wish.

Easy access at this centrally located place. 3 blocks from Amtrack and downtown. Lerner Theater, Island Park and much more. 30 min to Notre Dame. Traveling nurses that need long stays are welcomed by messaging me. Cozy one bedroom apartment upstairs. Plenty of windows to gaze at a nice view of the block. Enclosed front porch with desk. Eat in kitchen with full size appliances along with Keurig and air fryer. Living room with linoleum floor. Nice size bedroom with new carpet.
