Stay with us, on the hill just outside of town. Feel like you’re away from it all as you overlook 2,000 acres sitting on our front porch. We did a complete renovation, down to the bones, in 2024. The backyard has a small concrete patio with hot tub and privacy fence! You're welcome to park your vehicle inside the attached 1 car garage

Booking allows exclusive use of all guest bedrooms, common spaces on the main & upper floors, and the wooden guest deck area off the kitchen. No parties unless pre-approved. Hosts live on site in a separate basement apartment. Easy access to Notre Dame (45 min), Middlebury (20 min), Nappanee (20 min), and 25 to Shipshewana (25 min).

Tiny house on the River

You'll always remember your time at the Tiny House on the River. It is great for a couple with amenities that you would find in larger places. A full bathroom with a high end shower; an efficiency kitchen with a microwave oven, a mini refrigerator; a queen mattress; non-sleeper sofa; a desk and chair, and a large screen television with high speed internet. Welcome to our cozy haven among the hedgewood. There’s room for the whole family to relax and unwind from a busy day. There’s plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, a fully functional kitchen, and a back yard for the children to play. You can get little Caesar’s pizza by stepping from the back yard into the Little Caesars parking lot behind the house. We are 5 minutes from the US 20 and US 33 off ramp. Shipshewana is 30 minutes East and Notre Dame is 30 minutes west.
