It provides a living area, walk-in closet and bathroom. We are located in a quiet neighborhood two miles north of town. You can easily access the University, restaurants, and entertainment options. Mountain adventures await with local hikes and a full array of mountain activities. Our Manual will provide some recommendations.

Studio 202 is located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Ellensburg. Our studio is on the second floor in the 1889 Kleinberg building, that we’ve fully restored and renovated and placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Tastefully furnished with a queen bed, sitting area, 55” Smart TV, WiFi, AC, and fully equipped kitchenette. Its location allows for easy walking to restaurants, wine bars, brew pubs, galleries, museums, shopping and is only 6 blocks away from CWU.

A 1930’s home has been updated and feels open, clean, and welcoming. There is a cozy and private patio in the back to enjoy a cold beverage from one of our local breweries or a hot cup of coffee in the morning. Please come enjoy Kittitas County from this comfortable landing spot.

Escape to our tiny mountain town to enjoy hiking, mountain biking, xc skiing, snow shoeing and more. You'll be on the edge of the forest but walking distance to coffee, burgers and a brewery. Kitchen is fully stocked and there's a cozy reading couch to snuggle into. In the summer you can meet our chickens and see the wine grapes out back. Hop on the bike trails right from the house and explore all that Roslyn has to offer- Trust us, there's no better place to unwind!

Only a few minutes walk from downtown, CWU and the rodeo grounds the Penthouse offers a full user-friendly kitchen, wonderful walk-in shower and covered 2nd story deck complete with BBQ and outdoor seating.
