Built with only non-toxic and all natural materials with a state of the art fresh-air system. Two heating systems for the winter. Shingle Gully Cottage

The Shingle Gully Cottage is located on over 40 acres of privately-owned land bordering Sam’s Point Preserve. The cottage is located on the outskirts of Ellenville NY. The town is situated at the base of the rolling Catskills within the Shawangunk valley. Within the cottage, there is a pellet stove that will be lit on chilly nights upon request. Cozy Catskills Cottage

Welcome to our cottage! We have 4.5 acres in the Catskills which includes a cozy cottage overlooking a babbling brook and next to a adorable duck pond. Come for peace, privacy, and relaxation that's only 2 hours from NYC. Cottage, 1 Bedroom, two floors, 800 sq. ft., full bath, fully furnished with a deck and patio furniture. Set back in the woods on a shared property off a beautiful farm road in Kerhonkson. 10 minutes away from the Shawangunk mountains and amazing options for hikes.

Blue Haven in the Catskills

We built a studio-house on the foundation of an old summer cottage. We did not expand the footprint, but furnished it with select pieces and appliances and gave it contemporary finishes. We also added a screened porch, open deck and stone patio. The woodland and mountain views are lovely, while the location is convenient to Lake Minnewaska State Park and the Mohonk Preserve. Ulster County levies a 4% tax on overnight stays. Payment is made anytime between confirmation and arrival.

Unwind by the fireplace, soak in the private infrared sauna (with direct patio access), or relax outside on the natural stone terrace with a firepit and forest views. Crafted with care—from a 100-year-old reclaimed wood dining table to a curated “meaningful library” and hidden messages—this space invites calm, curiosity, and connection. Near trails, lakes, and local adventure. Thoughtful, cozy, and quietly unforgettable.

Shawangunk House

The house was built in 2018. It is very modern and open. It is located 8 minutes from Minnewaska State Park, 10 minutes from the Mohonk Preserve, and 30 minutes from the Catskills. There is a Smart TV. There is also a record player with a large record selection. There is strong WIFI and great cell phone coverage from all carriers. We have an EV level 2 charger. There is an additional charge to use the charger. Please contact us if you want to add charging to your stay.
