Our lovely farmhouse is minutes from Lake Lemon, Griffey Lake, Indiana University & many spots in Bloomington. Conveniently not far from I-69, we're 20 minutes away from Nashville. This is a basement apartment with private bedroom, private bathroom, large living/dining area, & kitchenette. Shared front door & ~10 steps inside main floor. The ranch is 50+ acres with 8+ acres of woods for hiking, pastures with cattle, a heated pool & patio area, & a beautiful front porch looking over the ranch.

Blue Lemon Bungalow is an adorable, newly renovated two bedroom in Bloomington with full living, dining, kitchen, and washer/dryer. In town with a country vibe. It has a huge yard with old growth trees, yet it is only a 5 minute ride to Downtown Court House Square or Indiana University Memorial Stadium. A large front porch with festive lighting gives you a place to enjoy the view. We have taken special care to make Blue Lemon Bungalow extra comfortable and stylish. Well behaved pets considered.

We are conveniently located within walking distance of Downtown, Bryan Park, and The B-Line Trail, 1 mile to IU Campus, 1.8 miles to Assembly Hall, and 3.5 miles to IU Hospital. Our beloved luxury apartment is one of the nicest places to stay in town. It underwent a ground-up bespoke renovation with white oak hardwood floors, quartz countertops and premium appliances, rivaling a premium suite at a boutique hotel with the added privacy, charm, and amenities of a home for a great price.

Welcome to “Maria’s Haven”💕 A beautiful cozy home in the heart of a beautiful small town. This home belonged to my mother, Maria, who passed away in 2020 to breast cancer. This home was truly her “Haven”. Take a walk to the local diner, museum, Gosport playground, local shops, or to our delicious Amish bakery. We are also just a few miles from the popular “Hilltop” restaurant as well as McCormicks Creek State Park. Our mission is to make you feel like you never even left home. ☺️

Great two bedroom condo 7 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from IU campus. Located in a quiet and safe residential area. Easy access from I-69. Will accommodate 5 persons. For longer stay, there is an occupancy limit. NO PARTIES OR PETS. Beautiful wooded area behind the condo. Woolery Mill, RCA park and hiking just a few minutes away from the condo. Also nearby is Switchyard Park, with free EV charging for four hours. We might NOT be able to answer questions AFTER 11PM EDT.

Across the street and walking distance to IU's sports facilities, this chic and modern wooded retreat is a short drive or bike to downtown Bloomington's vibrant nightlife and community activities. The studio apartment boasts a skylit bathroom, a full kitchen with custom-made cabinets, washer/dryer on site, and professional decorating. It’s only a short drive, or slightly longer hike to Griffy Lake, only one mile to IU Health Bloomington hospital, and minutes to I69.

Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.
