Spend a couple days or a weekend exploring the award winning wineries, shops and restaurants along the Trail! Our cottage on 29 acres offers a private and serene getaway. We are conveniently located 1.4 miles from Blue Sky Vineyards, 2.9 miles from Feather Hills , and 5.8 miles from Starview Vineyards!

On a 70 acre organic farm, the cabin is tucked into a breathtaking valley next to the Shawnee National Forest and has a gourmet kitchen and is filled with antiques, games & play space, original eclectic artwork, plus toddler gear so you can travel light! This cozy, newly remodeled, and inviting cabin offers you a relaxing, serene, and tranquil setting. During your stay you will see nature at its finest. Enjoy a drink on the large deck overlooking the picturesque landscape as well as the lake. If you enjoy fishing then this stocked lake is the place for you. Feel free to fish on the bank or the dock. This cabin is part of the original homestead that was established in 1855 by Valentine Kimber. Located close to wine trails and interstate 57.

White Oak Cabin is the middle A-frame on a scenic property with three cabins, each with its own outdoor space. This cozy retreat features two queen beds, a hot tub, furnished kitchen (cooktop + convection microwave), Smart TV, WiFi, and a workspace. Enjoy a charcoal grill and access to a fully stocked pond. Just minutes from ziplining, Giant City State Park, the Shawnee Wine Trail, and nearby public land, it’s a great base for couples, friends, and small families exploring Southern Illinois.

You can relax by the lake and watch the wildlife or just enjoy the views from the built-in sunroom. This lake cabin is also located near the wine trails and is the perfect getaway to enjoy the lake amenities, hunting, fishing, zip lining, rock climbing, hiking, biking, and enjoying nature at its finest. Our cabin will be waiting for your arrival or return, well equipped with a 55" TV above the gas fireplace, a comfortable King size bed, and an amazing back porch with a Weber Grill and huge hot tub.
