Braddy’s Place

This home has been in our family for generations. It has just completed a renovation and is ready to you to spend some quality time in the quaint southern town of Tarrytown. The house was constructed in the 1930’s and has a spacious front porch with rocking chairs and a fenced in backyard with a deck. Located 12 miles from Interstate 16, Exit 67 on Hwy 29 south. Convenient to Brewton Parker College and Georgia Southern University and the Hatch Plant if you will be working there.

Cozy Cabin

Our cozy cabin has an open kitchen / dining area plus a living room, 1 bedroom with Queen bed & 1 bath room. The kitchen has stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishes etc. Outside we have a firepit, chairs/table & grills (gas and charcoal). We are located less than 10 miles from Millen, there are 2 State Parks within 25 miles, 35 miles to Statesboro, 60 miles to Augusta.. Access is by dirt road. Serenity in rural Georgia

My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The common areas (family room, kitchen, dining room) are in the center of the house and the two wings with the bedrooms flank this area. As you enter the house, you have 3 bedrooms and on the other side of the common area, you have 4 bedrooms and a small den with a sofa bed. In the family room, I have a desk for that can be used for working.
