The Milk Barn

Located in Shongaloo. Nestled in a serene setting, this amazing property offers soothing escape for guests. With 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed, the bedroom provides a comfortable space to unwind. The bathroom, equipped with a hair dryer and shower, ensures a refreshing start to our day. Whether you're passing through, visiting family or simply relaxing in the tranquility of the surroundings, we think our place will help you accomplish your goal. The property is on a working farm and has WiFi.

"Bucking Bull Bunkhouse" on Bucking Bull Farm

Experience this "ole" west one of a kind cabin and go back in time to the early 1900s. Take a soaking bath in the cowboy brothel type tub. Get a laugh seeing a recreated outhouse bathroom but with a modern toilet. Enjoy eating on a chuck wagon tabletop. Additionally, sit by an open firepit and make complimentary s'mores all while gazing at the galaxy of stars, watching the wildlife, and viewing our cattle during the day. Molly our gentle jersey may even let you pet her at the fenceline.

The Quaint

Adjacent to Aunt B’s Victorian, a private “butler’s quarters” experience awaits you. Nestled atop a historic carriage house, this place oozes with character and history, keeping as much originality while providing modern amenities. Cozy enough just for two, however- for larger groups, the main house can be booked separately (if available). Separate parking available for each. Must use stairs to enter The Quaint. Shopping and restaurants on the downtown square are within walking distance.

The Rafters

Experience a little country in the city. Originally a family owned feed store, The Rafters has exposed hand built rough cut rafters in the ceiling, original wood floors and a tin roof. Horses, chickens and other farm animals are on the property as well. Southern Arkansas University (SAU) is five minutes away. The historic square which is home to the annual Magnolia Blossom Festival World Championship Steak Cook Off and local shops and restaurants are just a three minute walk.

The Snow Cone cottage

450 square foot Waterfront cabin on lake Claiborne 5 miles from downtown homer la. Fishing/ boat dock located on the property for guest use. There is a community boat launch adjacent to property. There is an additional cabin on the property that sleeps 6 that can be rented separately. This cottage started out as a snow cone stand built in Ruston Louisiana that was moved to Lake Claiborne in 2020 and was stripped down to the studs and turned into a 1 bedroom tiny home.

Cottage on Elm

This cottage style house been fully remodeled to include all the conveniences of modern day living. The house is equipped with stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher), washer/dryer and patio grill. There are smart TVs available in both the living room and master bedroom. Guests can enjoy Netflix or sign in to any streaming account. There is also high speed WIFI and a WIFI printer located in the Office which includes desk, chair and queen size bed.

"Our Happy Place!" Private, remote tiny home.

Get away from it all in a quiet 2-story 1 bedroom, 1 bath tiny home built in a cattle pasture with no neighbors. Perfect for staying in the area for family/school reunions, weddings, or funerals when you need to visit but don't want to crash with family/friends. 20 minutes from Plain Dealing, 35 minutes to Benton, 45 minutes to Bossier, 30 minutes to I-20 (Dixie Inn), 60 minutes to Shreveport.

Lake Front Cabin

Our 1 Bedroom Cabin is over the water on Lake Claiborne. Very Clean swimming area with great views of the lake. Boat ramp and dock for guest use. Can sleep up to 7 with ease. Easy to access the cabin for people who have trouble with steps. There is only one step up from ground level into the cabin.

Magnolia Bungalow

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in Magnolia, AR. Our place has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a stocked kitchen area with all appliances open to the living room, and a Smart TV (no cable) with wifi. Short drive to Southern Arkansas University and the historic Magnolia Square.

Howdy Hideaway

Come stay at our cozy but spacious duplex. It is a peaceful getaway with trails & lakes close by as well as, SAU College so you can see all sporting events but have the comfort of an at-home stay.
