The Cottage at Lake Point. 5 minutes From I 75.

Our cottage is a gated home, 2 miles from LakePoint. Sleeps 4 comfortable. The first bedroom is an open floor plan with a queen size bed, and a daybed. The second Bedroom is a loft space located beside the main bedroom, with a twin bed. We have a huge waterfall with lots of flowers. A great place to unwind and rejuvenate. A pebble path that leads you through a secret garden to the cottage. The cottage has a deck and wraparound porch, with a water fountain and flowers. Great place for coffee.

Nellie’s Lake Retreat

Remodeled home on Lake Allatoona - only land between our home and the lake is property owned by the Army Corp of Engineers. You can walk down to the lake and enjoy the sights and sounds. Speaking of sounds you will faintly hear train horns on occasion throughout the day and night (sound travels across the lake). The house is open and bright, it faces South so plenty of light even in winter. Enjoy sitting on the deck or in the covered patio and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature.

Downtown Screen Porch Living

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this downtown Cartersville home. Walk to all downtown shops and restaurants. Relax in the mornings drinking coffee on the attached screened in porch. Spacious parking lot behind home that is private and secure. Family friendly setup with a huge sectional couch that pulls out into a full queen sleeper with all needed linens and pillows. Coffee bar setup, dedicated workspace with printer, wireless wifi and tv’s in each room.

We are just 6 miles from LakePoint sports complex (10 minutes) and 1.5 miles from historic downtown Cartersville. Our home will sleep 10, including two roll a way beds. If you have other sleeping requests we will be happy to try to accommodate you. 3 TV’s with Xfinity and Wifi plus the bunk room has an additional TV for gaming. Dogs friendly, the back yard is fenced. We are walking distance to Dellinger Park which offers Walking/running trails, tennis courts play grounds and more.

Goat Farm Guest Suite

Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 4 goats, Mocha, Immy, Miss Betty, and Daisy! (Note: we are ADA exempt. Sorry, but no service animals.)
