Antica casa colonica arredata con mobili vintage e di design italiano. Mi piace l’idea di non buttare le cose e riadattarle con nuova funzione raccontando la storia di chi li ha posseduti. La casa circondata da un appio giardino privato è ricco di biodiversità. Siamo in una splendida posizione panoramica con vista a 360° sui colli e sulla pianura a 15 min. d'auto da Reggio Emilia, 1 ora d'auto da Bologna, 40 min. da Milano, 2 e 1/2 ore da Roma e 1 ora da Firenze (tramite treno ad alta velocità).

L’appartamento è in un silenzioso ex convento del XVI secolo e si trova nel cuore di Firenze accanto a via Tornabuoni, la via delle boutique più famose ed è circondato dai migliori ristoranti. L’appartamento grazie all’elegante ristrutturazione è dotato di rifiniture di pregio come gli splendidi marmi dei 2 bagni o l’affascinante camino a gas e di tutti i confort wi-fi, ac e cucina moderna completamente attrezzata.
