Cozy Emmett house

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. This cute and cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath house is located on a quarter acre lot fully fenced. We will be excepting longer stays and 2 pets max.There is a $30 pet fee for each pet per stay must be paid before arrival. In the evenings roast marshmallows around the campfire. In Walking distance to town and a very quiet neighborhood. We are 4 minutes from Gem Island sports complex and only 4 minutes the park to play.

Enjoy morning coffee on the deck while watching the creek below, unwind in the hot tub under the stars, or curl up by the wood-burning stove on winter evenings. You’ll be surrounded by pine trees, wildlife, and fresh mountain air while still having year-round access and the convenience of being just off Highway 21. Come enjoy the slow life, celebrate a special occasion, relax or explore the mountains at our peaceful mountain getaway.

Amenities include: patio, A/C, heat, stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen and bathrooms, in-suite master bath, washer & dryer, and 100mbps internet. Walking distance to downtown Emmett's park, shops, restaurants, and Saturday market. 58" smart TV in the living room with Netflix and other streaming services available. Both rooms have queen beds with fresh linens. This is a NO-SMOKING property.
