The Underwood Tiny House - with private hotub

Fall into the rabbit hole to experience our unique twist on a Wonderland inspired tiny house. Boasting a Queen size bed, a full kitchen and bathroom, and everything in between, you are bound to have a relaxing getaway... with a little bit of adventure! The spacious deck (with hot tub) overlooks the forest, and it is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The Underwood Tiny House has been created to give each person who walks through its door an experience like none other!

1 Bdrm Private Suite (Milk Chocolate) at GDC

Our Milk Chocolate suite is a large 1 bedroom apartment located above our gelato shop in Empire, Mi. From it's spacious breezy balcony, you can sip coffee and plan your adventure. The apartment is decorated in a colorful mid-century modern style. The bedrooms and living room both have smart tvs. There's a full kitchen stocked with the essentials and we provide toiletries and beach towels/blanket/chairs. It's a great base camp to explore the area and just a few blocks from Empire beach!

Welcome to Hidden Harbor - a thoughtfully designed 2-bedroom guesthouse just minutes from Lake Michigan beaches, Crystal Lake, and downtown Frankfort. The town of Empire has several shops, art galleries, a library, restaurants, and sporting good supply retailers, including for bikes and beach gear. *Construction of new homes in this neighborhood may be occurring intermittently during the day.*

Our two bedroom lakeside cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood, just on the edge of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Beulah and Empire are 15 minutes from the cottage, while Frankfort and Glen Arbor are about 20 minutes away. There are several great restaurants, and breweries nearby.
