The property is a portion of a 16th Century Casa Colonica (a typical Tuscan farmhouse) situated atop a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sprawling views of the surrounding hills. The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

This is a very nice property (100 m2) on the country with PRIVATE POOL(from 15 /04) AND GARDEN. At the property lives only the family (3 people).The position enables to visit all the wonderful Tuscany as you can reach Florence (35 min) Siena (1 hour) Pisa, Lucca and you can also reach the sandy beaches of Tuscany in 50 minuts. The property is surrounded by olive trees and a panoramic garden where there is the pool only for the guests. At the property there are 2 dogs in a cage and a nice cat

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. Two bedroom Villa in the Middle of the Tuscan Hills ,shared swimming pool, close to the village of San Miniato. Swimming pool is open from beginning of may until the end of october and it's not heated. it is shared with another apartment.
