Please note that the system will not operate outside these periods or in reverse mode (cooling after October 15 and heating after May 1). Beds: The beds are arranged as follows: a double bed is provided for every two people. For example, there is 1 double bed for 2 people and 2 double beds for 4 people. Our property hosts two apartments just renovated and completely independent that can be rented togheter or individually. It is located in a privileged position with a breathtaking view of Como Lake. The apartments are very well furnished and have wide windows to enjoy the lake view. The garden, with excellent sun exposure, is the ideal place to sit and relax while admiring the view and enjoying a romantic dinner. Bellagio historic centre is 1,5 km far. Gated parking in the property.

Ein perfekter Ort für Entspannung, Erholung, die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Haus steht mitten in Bergün, visavi vom alten Turm und nähe Volg in mitten vom historischen Dorfzentrum.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
