Lanai opens up to semi private beach and a quiet neighborhood of single family homes. There is Bay access too. Kayaks available for rent. There is a separate apartment above not included. Welcome to the Mermaid House on Wilhelm, our little slice of Manasota Key. Just 120 steps to the beach with everything you need to make your stay perfect. Get the privacy of Manasota and a variety of nightlife close by on the island. The entire house is yours. No shared spaces, no other guests, no hosts on site. You'll have a full kitchen, Smart TV, and 1 gig internet. Sit on the porch, enjoy a glass of wine and the perfect view of the gulf.

The Oz Parlor 2.9 mi beach

The Oz Parlor apartment was originally the main house of this whimsical property. It has loads of charm It is a great place to relax and Just Bee... Please note I don’t have cable TV my TVs are wireless. I have Netflix. I will also add additional streaming channels for longer term stays. Located in the Historic District of Englewood a lovely walk to fine restaurants, Indian Mound Park on Lemon Bay and 2.9 miles to Englewood Beach.
