Old beutiful house family apartment

The house were built in the late 19th centuries as a holiday home on the seaside, its a monument of wooden architecture. The apartment with one studio bedroom with kitchen ,another bedroom and with more than a hundred years old restored wallpapers on the walls. There are wide backyard with children house and sandbox, with cableway and trampoline. Our territory include 4 houses and we host another families usually with children. So, often we have many kids on the backyard which play together

Green territory will give guests relaxation and peace, indoors one can enjoy sauna and large TV with many apps, Xbox series S, also a few table games.

Set in large gardens with secure parking for 2 cars .....has natural wooden interior that has the presence of space, peace and comfort .It is is also suitable for those with limited mobility being on a single level . We have Hot Tub for extra cost We also have sauna subject to availability.

With the conveniant location You will be able to reach Jomas iela in 1 minute or refresh Your self at the beach which is 3 minutes away. However the beautiful location doesn’t mean You have to go somewhere as the house has a barbecue zone and everything to have a great time! The house is fully equiped with all the items to move in and start living immediately.

Both rooms have access to a large patio/balcony. 2 bikes are available for use! 500m to the beach 1km to the main walking street 100m to the forest adventure park (many attractions for kids) 300m until "Dzintari" train station (30min ride to Riga center) Perfect for couples and small families that want to enjoy the beach, nature, and sleep in a safe and quiet place.

It is a summer house comfortable for couples or families up to 4 people. There is everything you might need to enjoy summer holidays. Kitchen, bathroom and sauna is located on the first floor. Sleeping area is on the second floor. Free parking is available beside the house. Hosts with the small kid and corgi lives in the neighborhood.
