Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

This one floor living layout, is ideal for anyone traveling through for an over night stay or need a quaint, quiet space for several months. The fire pit, open backyard, and large family room, with electric fireplace, make it very comfortable for a stay-in relaxing evening. We are located less than 12 miles from popular destinations such as Sight & Sound, Dutch Wonderland, Fulton Opera House, Downtown Lancaster, Tanger Outlets, Spooky Nook, the town of Lititz, the town of Intercourse, etc.

Beautiful ground floor and handicap accessible apartment in the woods in the heart of PA Dutch Country. Only 5 miles from the Denver exit of the PA turnpike. 40 minutes from Hershey Park, 20 minutes from Sight and Sound and All major Amish Country attractions and 10 minutes from Antique shopping in Adamstown. We are located right in the center of all the things you come to Lancaster County to see. Close to it all yet back in the woods for some peace and quiet when you’re done for the day.

The Hinkletown Farmhouse is the perfect spot for enjoying family time and area attractions! Located just minutes off Route 222 and just a few miles from gas stations, Walmart, grocery stores and restaurants. The town of Ephrata, Shady Maple Smorgasbord, Ephrata Cloister & Green Dragon Farmers Market all approx 10 minute drive from the home. Within 30 minutes to Sight and Sound Theaters, Lancaster Shopping Outlets, and Amish Attractions. There is no TV. Wifi is available for your use.
