"Adrianos Villa" is located (80m) near beach "Kanali" just 15km from Preveza town and also just 15km away from Aktio airport. "Adrianos Villa" is a 107m2 villa with great view, in a 4 acres field and with big garden of 1 acre with trees and lawn. Not far (80m) from the Ionian sea . The Residence consists 2 floors connecting with an internal staircase and can accommodate 4 to 5 people. At the ground floor you can find: A Kitchen fully equipped with appliances. Dinning Room, Living Room with fireplace, W.C with shower, laundry space and a great porch. At secont floor you can find 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 single), and all rooms have porches. All spaces are air-conditioned (DAIKIN) Apartment: --------------- The entire apartment is at your exclusive use.A 107sq.m comfortable clean, private house, with 1 main bathroom, 1 W.C with shower, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with single bed 1 big living room with a sofa bed which can accomodate 1 adult person, 1 kitchen with full cooking facilities, (includes fridge, stove, cooker,dishes laundry, coffee maker, dishes, glasses etc). Activities-Beaches-Archeological Sites Near The House ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ You can find exotics locations with endless sandy beaches, spreaded over an area of 20km. The Beaches are ideal for long walks, surfing,sailing, water skiing, kitesurfing and many more water sports. You can find some locations for trekking and walking not far from the house, about 10km, is the area of Zaloggo, the "Lekatsa" forest, and the Axerontas river. Archeological Sites --------------------------------- Ancient Kassopi (10km from the house) Ancient Nikopolis (10Km) Necromancy of Axerontas (20Km) Short Trips-Day Trips ---------------------------------- You can also make some day trips. There are many well known places and islands you can reach not far from the house. Such as is : Parga (35km away) Paksous (island) Leukada (island) 30km Corfu-Kerkura (island) There are as well many beaches (some of them are the most exotic and beautiful in greece and in the area).Within 20 minutes by car, are : Alonaki beach Bay of Ulysses (Known from the Greek Mythology) Skala (Next to Bay of Ulysses) Some extra informations: ---------------------------------------- At the months July-August, cultural events take place both to the archeological sites and the near by villages. Not far from the house, in about 500m you can visit many tranditional taverns and restaurants where you can taste the local delicatessen and some real fresh fish, in pretty low prices,and some grocerie stores and super market. There are also many coffee shops and cafeterias near by, along the beach, where you can enjoy your coffee, drinks and beverages watching the beautiful sunsets.. Our seaside house is located 10min outside Preveza within an area 5000sqm of olive groves and 50 meters from one of the best beaches of Preveza, Monolithi. It offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea with unique sunsets. Ideal for those who love the tranquility and relaxation that nature offers, it can accommodate 6-7 people. It has 3 bedrooms, open plan lounge with kitchen, all with views and access to the terrace,2 bathrooms one of them situated on the terrace and 2 showers outside. Car needed.
