Cottage No. 6 ☼

Cottage No.6 underwent a complete remodel in 2021 and is situated in a residential neighborhood near Perry's Monument and a short walk to downtown. There are 2 patios out back. Grill some burgers on the gas grill followed by a relaxing evening on the concrete patio around the fire ring in the back yard . The front porch is screened in and a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a glass of island made wine. There is parking for one vehicle, but could possibly accommodate more, just ask.

Beautiful cottage located on the shore of Lake Erie, next to a private community park. Minutes from Cedar Point, Sports Force Parks, boats headed to Kelleys Island, Put-in-bay, and other fun. Centrally located between Toledo and Cleveland and all the attractions northern Ohio has to offer. Step back in time and enjoy a home large enough for 7-9 people, cozy enough for two, featuring an open living/dining/kitchen; first floor laundry and bath; and three 2nd floor bedrooms and bath.

The 'little' house near Nickel Plate Beach

The little house is a cute 850 sq ft. cottage. Staying here allows you to park your car and have a perfect beach vacation Nickle Plate beach is 1/10th of a mile away. A block and a half walk or you can drive to the park. ( 6 dollar parking fee) We have restaurants,grocery, and more all within walking distance, events each weekend. Cedar Point 11 miles away. Island Ferries within 30 min drive good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with young kids).
