The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home in Summit Township close to Peach Street attractions and restaurants. An updated 1920s era block & stucco home located just 5-7 minutes from Splash Lagoon, ERIE Sports park/Ice Skating & Soccer fields, Millcreek Mall, Millcreek Community Hospital, I-90 and a variety of restaurants and stores. Built out of block, the home is serene and peaceful. The back yard is large, partially wooded and private w/ firepit.

Our cozy 1 bdrm apartment is 1 mi. from Waldameer Park, 2 mi. from Presque Isle State Park, and within a 10-minute drive from any Erie hospital. We have everything you'll need in your home away from home. There is plenty of off-street parking with special accommodations for larger vehicles. We love to decorate for holidays, so please come visit us in the fall and winter. Travel nurses are especially welcome, we are happy to offer special discounts to our off-season or long-term guests.

Welcome to The Dry Dock Apt 7. Located just 1.5 miles to Presque Isle' sandy beaches. This studio apartment has a king size bed, tile floors and updated bathroom. Free parking, wifi, SmartTV , a full kitchen with basic utensils, private deck, bathroom speakers, A/C, security camera and outdoor lights. We offer free boat trailer parking upon request, and the complex has a "Public Dock" area that is shared and open to all guests for outdoor dinning, grilling, games and firepit. Pet friendly.

The house and lower level apartment do not share any living space except the driveway.

Everything in this house was chosen to make visitors a great stay. The house is warm and inviting. Big backyard and a porch where you can sit and enjoy. Whatever the reason brings you to Erie, this is a place you are going to feel at home. It is a very comfortable and peaceful place. Near to Millcreek Mall, Erie Zoo, UPMC, Mercyhurst University and Berhend Penn State. When you are home enjoy a good coffee while watching TV or playing board games.

Entire 3 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood close to Mercyhurst University and downtown Erie! Just a short drive (15-20 minutes) from Presque Isle, Waldameer Park, and the Erie Zoo.
