Nearby are Asterias, one of the most beautiful and famous areas for swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean, with the hanging buildings and the imposing church of Agios Nikolaos proudly dominating in the background. There is no sandy beach.

It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

It has a fridge with a freezer, a washing machine, full size oven and stove top along with an Air Fryer, toaster, kettle and sandwich maker. You can choose to use the air conditioners, the two portable fans, or just open the windows and enjoy the views. The modern rain shower has plenty of room. A short walk from Kamara and the restaurants and shops of Ano Syros, but not too close:)
