Located only 35 miles from downtown Pittsburgh. For cyclists and hikers, near the the Armstrong Trail (38 mile biking/ hiking trail), only 5 minute drive to the popular hiking destination of Buttermilk Falls. There is a boat ramp a mile down the road. Community Park, shopping and restaurants within walking distance of home.

Feel welcomed in this quiet, clean, modern suite on the edge of Indiana borough. This dedicated Airbnb apartment is attached to my house with a separate entrance. Both beds are in the same large room much like a hotel room. It has a cork floor and a king size bed and full size futon couch/bed with a gel foam mattress cover. Simple but elegant decor. Yet set on a quiet location only a half a mile from IUP, and less than a mile from IRMC and downtown. Parking directly in front, just a few steps from entrance. Full Kitchen has dishwasher. Shower is super hot with great pressure. Washer/dryer included. Pets considered on a case by case basis.
