This guesthouse has full bath, kitchen nook, sleeping loft with queen bed, t.v., and high-speed internet. It is nestled on private acres shared by horses, goats, chickens and owners primary residence.

Easy access to North Bend's great restaurants, shops, and necessities and minutes away from some of the best known hiking trails in the state.

South Fork River Retreat (Close to Downtown)

This one-bedroom mother-in-law apartment has a private entrance and parking space. Walk to the back of the house and you're on the banks of the South Fork of the Snoqualmie River. With easy access to all that North Bend and The Snoqualmie Valley has to offer. Easy access to I-90. We are 20 min by car to Bellevue and 30 min to Seattle with convenient proximity to World Cup 2026 games. Also 30 min to Redmond & Snoqualmie Pass and 40 min to Sea-Tac airport. Book a ride on the Snoqualmie Valley Railroad to Snoqualmie Falls and back. We're close to many great parks and it's easy access to the Snoqualmie Valley trail. Located amongst world class singletrack MTB, gravel riding, hiking, kayaking, & climbing. Go out and see all that the area has to offer.

A couples paradise. You’ll enjoy this private house while soaking in the hot tub or dining on the deck with the River front and stunning Mountain View’s. This is one of the most impressive properties in WA just mins from Snoqualmie Falls, North Fork Farm, and Salish Lodge. Also close to some of the most stunning hikes in the PNW. You will enjoy an amazing, one of a kind experience. This house is a private 1 bedroom house not shared. House is in a quiet neighborhood out of the busy cities.

The Treehouse

Relax and explore in a gorgeous mid century cabin nestled amongst the cedars and fir. The treehouse has big windows looking out at the forest to your private creek. It’s a lovely secluded one bedroom with a huge rock fireplace, reading nook, 100% organic cotton sheets, unscented eco friendly soap, and free internet. Take a hike down to the creek, or just open a window and let the babbling brook lull you to sleep at night. There’s nothing like watching the rain fall from your private hot tub.

Self-check into this comfortable and quiet basement guest suite that is private, locked off from the upper townhome floors with its own digital entrance with queen bedroom, separate TV room with couch, full bathroom, kitchenette, and kitchen table seating for 4. Queen bed and mattress and living room couch have recently been replaced! Located 5 minutes from Snoqualmie Falls, golf course, I-90, and 25 minutes from Snoqualmie skiing, Bellevue (20 minutes) and Seattle (35 minutes).

Mountainview Hideaway (Close to Downtown)

Enjoy easy access to hiking, skiing, rafting, historical train ride, Dirt Fish driving school, Snoqualmie Casino, Snoqualmie Falls, golf, breweries, outlet mall, quaint downtown shops and i90. This attached guest suite is family friendly with a private entrance and sits on the bottom floor of our 3-story home (we live above). Located at the base of Mt Si with outstanding mountain views and access to a shared cedar sauna behind the house.
