Das Ferienhäuschen hat 50qm Wohnfläche und 1000 qm Garten. Es liegt an der Lagune des Hainer Sees 20km südl. von Leipzig und hebt sich durch den älteren Hüttencharme von den restlichen neuen "Ferienwürfeln" ab. Statt üblichen Furniermöbeln von der Stange gibt es eine individuelle Einrichtung, schönen Blick auf den Bootssteg, Kaminofen, viele Sachen für Kinder und Obstgewächse zum Ernten. Es gibt alles, was man als kleine Familie für ein paar entspannte Tage abseits der Alltagshektik so braucht.

Die Wohnung ist für 2-4 Personen geeignet und komplett ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett) und ein Wohnzimmer mit TV, Sitzecke und einer Schlafcouch (1,40x2m). Die Küche hat einen Herd, Mikrowelle, Sitzecke und beinhaltet alles notwendige zum Kochen oder Backen. Das Bad ist mit WC, WB und einer Dusche ausgestattet.

Modernes Ferienhaus direkt an einem kleinen See. Praktisch eingerichtet um ein paar Tage inmitten der Natur die Seele baumeln zu lassen und abzuschalten. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es wahlweise ein großes Doppelbett oder zwei Einzelbetten. Über eine Stiege erreicht man den etwas niedrigeren Schlafboden mit noch einmal zwei Einzelbetten. Ein hochwertiges Bad und eine mit dem nötigsten ausgestattete Küchenzeile machen dieses tolle Tiny House zum absoluten Wohlfühlort.

Zcela nový a moderně vybavený bungalov s terasou, parkováním a přímým přístupem k vodě. Přístup od parkoviště až do koupelny a ložnice je bezbariérový.
