Our one-bedroom apartment is a delightful 49m2 room with capacity for two people. This spacious and finely appointed 1 room apartment features gorgeous décor in the double living room and dining room, to provide all comforts of home across 49 m2 of fully furnished elegant space. The apartment has a separate living room from the bedroom, equipped with a sofa bed, smart TV and a dining area. Living area feature of sofa converts into a comfortable bed, Smart Tv, dining area and full equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, squeezer, coffee machine, separate from the bedroom and bathroom with comfortable walk-in rain shower. The bathroom, equipped with a rain shower, will allow you to relax after a day of sightseeing. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, everything you need to make your stay more comfortable. The original balconies have been preserved to maintain the character of the building and with the floor to ceiling windows bring natural light in the apartment. The purpose of this visit is to clean, make sure everything is in good condition and water the plants in the accommodation. This visit is compulsory. The visit will take place in the morning and it is not necessary for you to be present.
