Our home is only 25-30 minutes to Pensacola Beach/Perdido Key and 40-45 minutes from Foley, AL/OWA Amusement Park.

Our tiny house was custom built in 2022 and is located in beautiful East Hill. Our place is centrally located just minutes from PNS airport, downtown restaurants and bars, and Pensacola Beach! It is also just a short walk to Bayou Texar and Bayview park. The tiny house is a completely private space with driveway parking for 2 cars and your own patio area! Enjoy beautiful views of the Bayou from the dining room table or the patio area. We'll do anything we can to make your stay great!

East Hill Retreat/Pet Friendly

Centrally located in historic East Hill, this serene, cozy, 750 sq foot garage apartment is a quick 15 minute drive to Pensacola Beach. It features an open floor plan with a private entrance and marked guest parking. Downtown Pensacola is a short five minute drive with many local restaurants and night life. Our apartment features a keyless and private entry. Whether you are a business traveler, solo adventurist or just looking to relax, this East Hill Retreat is ideal.

Romantic getaway w/ Jacuzzi tub!

Perfect romantic getaway with king size bed, large jacuzzi tub, and walk in double headed shower. Located just minutes from the airport, downtown and the beach! Walking distance to some of Pensacola’s most unique dining establishments. Private entrance with keyless access. We’ll provide everything you need for a day at the beach - chairs, umbrella, beach towels and cooler. Large screen tv and high speed internet. The suite does NOT have a kitchen. NO SMOKING!

Steps from Bayview Park including small and large dog parks, dog beach, tennis courts, workout area, boat ramp, Bayview Center & more. 5 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Pensacola Beach. While attached to the main house, the guest suite is its own private space, with a separate entrance, temperature control, driveway parking for 2 and room for a 20’ boat. We’ll do anything to make your stay great!

Our charming cottage has a coastal feel with exposed brick and white breadboard walls. it is conveniently located within 10 min to the airport, beaches, Downtown Pensacola and parks galore. The neighbourhood has a hometown vibe that is refreshing, offering great places to walk or go for a scenic run along the bayou. Our cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets).

Sitting on the edge of the downtown jurisdiction, you're never too far away from the action on Palafox Street and a quick jaunt over to the beach. Excellent access to Wahoos Stadium, Sanders Beach, The Oar House, Pensacola Yacht Club, Pensacola Country Club, Joe Patti's, and Pensacola's Naval Air Station.
