Casa da Encosta

The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!

Our house is right in front of Praia da Granja (just across the street) , ideal for couples with or without children and groups of friends . Near the train station of Granja and shops . Public swimming pool at 50m from the house and at 15 minutes by train to Porto .

.My apartment is at 250 meters from the beach, it is modern, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, 1 oven, 1 fridge, 1 microwave and all the material needed for a kitchen. There is also a washing machine and I have a place to hang clones to dry.
