VALLS 6, located on a 19th century building, is a NEWLY 2023 restored and fully equipped apartment, maintaining original floor mosaic tiles (modernism style), original ceilings and facade. 70 m2 apartment space + 10 m2 terrace. - 2 bedrooms. - 2 bathrooms (with showers). - Internet Wi-Fi. - Private terrace and balcony. - Towels and bed linings provided for all guests. - The apartment is on a 3rd floor. - Touristic/city tax INCLUDED in price. - MINORS (under 21), are NOT allowed. So, at check in, we reserve the right of admission. The adults guests ( over 16 years old) need pay 9.5€ per person per night for the city tax. It’s not include in rental, need pay cash when the guests arrive at apartment. A fantastic apartment with one bed room with 2 single beds and one living room with 2 single beds for 2 peoples. The apartment is very quiet and bright. Se encuentra al lado de la antigua cárcel, La Modelo, un lugar histórico de interés. A poca distancia a pie del recinto ferial de Montjuic y de la Plaza España. Perfectamente comunicado para explorar tanto la ciudad (al lado metro L5, llega a Sagrada Familia) como otros destinos de interés cercanos, desde la estación de Sants que se encuentra muy próxima al apartamento.
