Big cosy city house in quiet private houses area. Excellent location. In walking distance to sea, beach and forest. 5 min walk to playground. 10 min walk to supermarket. City center is 10 min by public transportation. Newly renovated house is perfect for families. Spacious approx 300 m2. Own garden in green charming area. 4 floors, 8 rooms, 4 bedrooms, sauna and jacuzzi. All floors have a bathroom and a toilet. If you want to stay for more than a week, you can always make a reasonable offer.

Selles rahulikus kohas saad kogu perega lõõgastuda. Meil on mõnusalt vaikne ja rahulik elamupiirkond. Maja taga on terviserada ja looduspark. Mereni jõuad 10 minutilise jalutuskäiguga. Majutuskoha lähedal on toidupoed, restoranid, kaubanduskeskused. Linn, loomaaed, spad asuvad mugavalt lähedal.

Maja ümber on privaatne aed, kus saab tasuta parkida ning oma seltskonnaga aega veeta ja einestada.

The condo has a very interesting design. There are lots of little stairs, different levels and little extra places, that are not on the pictures. A private garden, terrace and sauna add some great extra value. The first floor consists of a hallway, livingroom, kitchen and a huge bathroom with sauna and laundry room. The second floor is a spacious bedroom with its own little bathroom. The place is ideal for families to spend some time in Pärnu.
