Uni FIRE studio opens up to a comfy outside living space and private garden for you to enjoy the serenity that embraces the area, while feeling the island's volcanic stones under your feet. Perfect space to contemplate the starry skies in warm nights or blissful sunsets. The studio comfortably welcomes 2 people and has a fully equipped kitchen and an ensuite bathroom. You also have access to Uni's shared garden area, of course. Free parking is available in Jardim do Mar.

Fica próximo de inúmeros lugares turísticos, incluindo a fantástica praia do concelho. A sua localização facilita os seus passeios pela ilha, seja ao mar ou às montanhas, assim como passeios a pé pela zona e ou pelas levadas da ilha. Has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds easily convertible into a double bed), a complete bathroom, a social toilet, open space with kitchen / living and dining room, furniture and careful decoration. Outside enjoy the garden and the pleasant dining space with incredible views of the sea. The barbecue and mini-pool complete your well-being.

This is an AL (local accommodation) studio, with about 36m2, modern, integrated in a centenary stone house – designated Casa Mãe – with a magnificent view to the Atlantic Ocean. Guests can access a beautiful garden with grass and indigenous/endemic plants as well a small garden with tropical fruits. You will enjoy magnificent sunsets and hear the sounds of nature – birds, frogs and butterflies in some seasons of the year.
