Modern house in the country with a reputation for sparkling cleanliness and 2 day minimums between guest stays. Close to Culver Academies (18 min/10 mi), Lake Maxinkuckee (13 min/7.4 mi), Lake Manitou (27 min/16 mi), and the historic Tippecanoe River (5 min/3.5 mi to Germany Bridge or 5 min/1.6 mi to Aubbeenaubbee Landing in Leiters Ford). We keep our prices low for 2 people, so please note that while we have space for up to 6 guests, each additional guest will incur small additional charges.

Are you looking for a quiet, relaxing and peaceful place to stay? Look no further, this little cabin is all that and more! These pictures do not do the cabin justice, we have heard this from so many guests that have stayed at our cabin! You will not be disappointed with your stay at our cabin. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. A front and back porch with beautiful views to drink a cup of coffee, read a book or relax! Peaceful lake house

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis where you will see Bold Eagles hanging out in our backyard tree. Enjoy kayaking and fishing during the day and beautiful sunsets in the evening. For the boating and fishing enthusiast, local boat launch just around the corner. Warsaw is 20 minutes away, where you can enjoy shopping, dining and sightseeing. For anyone seeking a larger city, Fort Wayne is a 45 minutes' drive, where you can visit the Zoo, Theatres and Botanical Conservatory.

The Channel House @ Hoffman Lake

2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage that is located on Hoffman Lake Channel. The Channel House is great for fishing right out of the back door. Conveniently located a drive from Warsaw, IN and several smaller towns. Bring nothing to this fully furnished cottage except your clothes and plan for fun. On site drive way parking, laundry, garage with pool table, darts, & air hockey. Several activities inside and out. Fire pit, outdoor seating and lounge chairs.
