The house is located near the top of Telethrio, a mountain in North Evia. A 5 minute walk from the nearest village, the house is on a lavender farm, surrounded by the forest. With an amazing view of Volos and North Evia and a 15-minute ride to the nearest beach, this is an ideal location for families, small groups of friends and travelers with a soft spot for nature and relaxing destinations. Only the ground floor is owner occupied (separate entrance); the rest of the house is available to rent.

The property features 4 spacious quadruple cottages (16 beds total) and a main lodge, all reserved for your private use. It’s a peaceful, secluded retreat just a 2-min walk from a private beach ideal for children, with gently sloping waters and smooth pebbles. We provide loungers, 4 kayaks, and 3 SUPs. The village of Rovies is only a 3-min drive away, offering shops, bakeries, and mini markets. Other beaches are also within walking distance. Pets are welcome. Breakfast is available upon request.

It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

H Πετροθέα είναι διώροφη κατοικία 100τ.μ. στο χωριό Βρύση Εύβοιας, με θέα τα πανέμορφα βράχια της Κούπα/Μπουγάζι και το εκκλησάκι της Δραγονέρας. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο μιας περιοχής με δυνατότητες για πολλές εξορμήσεις και δραστηριότητες στη φύση. Αποτελείται από 2 υπνοδωμάτια, ενιαίο σαλόνι-κουζίνα, 2 μπάνια και βεράντες. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, smart TV, WiFi, σόμπα Pellet και air conditions για το χειμώνα, καθώς και air conditions για το καλοκαίρι. Φιλοξενεί άνετα 6 άτομα.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται μέσα σε άγριο ελατοδάσος.Δεν υπάρχει σήμα κινητής τηλεφωνίας παρά μόνο σε συγκεκριμένα σημεία και στην κορυφή του βουνού.Απευθύνεται σε ανθρώπους που αγαπούν την φύση και το άγριο.Απαιτείται η χρήση "ψηλού" αυτοκινήτου ή 4x4 καθώς ο δρόμος είναι αρκετά δύσκολος ιδιαίτερα τους χειμερινούς μήνες.Το ανάμα φωτιάς ,η χρήση σόμπας ξύλου καθώς και η χρήση κουζίνας γκαζιού πρέπει να είναι μέσα στις βασικές δεξιότητες του επισκέπτη .
