Our lake house is located on a corner lot in a neighborhood setting. It is a three bedroom one bath home that is completely remodeled. The lower basement makes the house sit high off the ground which makes the home feel as though you are in a tree house. There are 35 mature trees on the property. The 2nd floor entrance to the home is accessible via a gently sloped ramp on the side of the house. The front and side of this home has a large elevated deck that is perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

Finished with pine, cedar and vaulted ceilings, it captures every inch of natures beauty with oversized bay windows in the living and bedroom. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the lake with hours of endless fun, swimming and fishing. Come back to the house and enjoy a cookout! Play games and sit around the fire pit and cook hot dogs and roast marshmallows. Don't want to cook, we are just a few miles from some great restaurants. After a great day of fun retreat to the comfortable beds for a good night sleep. Golf cart provided as a courtesy! Two charging stations for your boat. Sorry no pets allowed.

This unit of the duplex will make you want to relax with the whole family or bring your fishing partner for the big win! This unit has 2 separate bedrooms with full functioning kitchen. The lake is only 3 blocks down the street. Boat ramp and any last minute supplies are at Extreme Marina just 4 blocks away. There is electric access for charging your boat or golf cart. If you rent this unit, there will be no one in the other side.
