We are located in the South Hills of Eugene. Close to U of O with easy driving access to amenities. The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Unwind in a peaceful, natural Oregon setting, we look forward to hosting you.

Roan Guesthouse

You will be close to Autzen Stadium/PK Park, shopping and outdoor activities in this incredibly spacious guesthouse, a gem in the heart of Eugene. Situated in a large grassy yard, the house features a fully equipped kitchenette, vaulted ceiling and roomy bathroom. Set up studio-style, the two comfortable queen beds can be curtained off from main living area for privacy. Small pets welcome by prior arrangement. We do provide a sound machine if that helps you sleeping. ✨ there is one step to get into the front door and one step to enter the bathroom.

Our 1 bedroom is fully stocked with everything you need and then some .... The house is the original homestead and has kept that charm. You will have a private bedroom with a cozy King size bed with all organic linen/cotton bedding, a fully stocked kitchen ( coffee,tea & cream provided),full bathroom, W/toiletries ( shower has two seats and hand bars, no tub ). Living room area has a Joybird Briar sleeper sofa, dining table, fireplace & TV w/ steaming device.

Brightwood Loft - Tiny House

A custom built tiny house loft with gorgeous woodwork features, natural light, and brand new amenities. Private entrance and surrounded by our garden paths, trees, and greenery. We are one mile from the University of Oregon, a short walk to coffee shops, groceries, food options, and beautiful, wide-open parks and a public pool. We're a short drive to Autzen Stadium and the I-5, and a 20 minute walk to Hayward Field.
