Welcome to the Piccolo Cottage. Nicely remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage close to the bike path, The Whit and 5th Street Public Market . This 550 sqft. home is located on a quiet residential street. Driveway has room for 2 cars, plenty of street parking. Can accommodate up to 4 people, couch can make out into a bed. 15 min from the Eugene Airport. Pet Friendly, but the yards are not fenced. We are close to a park to walk your dogs. Please let us know if your pet will be coming with you

River bike paths just one block away. Want to settle in for a while? Visiting? In between? Here for a short-term work assignment? Bring your suitcases and step into your own comfortable home for a while.

WiFi, television (w/Roku) and bluetooth speaker provided for entertainment. Walking distance to restaurants & bars. University is just a few blocks more.

The large, fully-fenced backyard provides a private space to sit back on the porch swing, have a cookout, and enjoy our amazing deck!
