Welcome to the Master Kat Studio! This private, modern, and spacious 450 sq/ft space is located right in the heart of Eugene’s historic Whiteaker neighborhood. With four professional food trucks, a natural food store, restaurants, breweries/wineries/distilleries, a pizzeria, and coffee shops, all right outside your door or within a few blocks! Please keep in mind this is a livelier part of town, with night-life and train tracks nearby. Most have no issues but very light sleepers should be aware.

Charming cottage tucked beneath towering cedars. Located in the Whiteaker neighborhood a short walk from popular restaurants, breweries, and bars. The cottage is also conveniently situated on a central street just a few minutes from the Market District, the river path, the University of Oregon, and downtown. Come stay in our small guest home and enjoy the custom wood details, vintage pieces, and Japanese influence complementary of Oregon's natural beauty. Everyone is welcome to stay here.

Just a 5 min. walk to Toxic Burger, Countryside Pizza, Twin Dragon and a bicycle rental shop, 5 min. drive to a couple local breweries/eateries & just a short drive to downtown and UO. "Tall Firs Tiny Home" 10 min to UO Campus & Hiking

Enjoy a stay in our "Tall Firs Tiny Home" near hiking trails Spencer Butte, Cascades Raptor Center, Autzen Stadium, Hayward Field & UO campus (10 min drive). Neighborhood is currently being developed and construction can be seen/heard from back deck. This tiny home has been renovated inside and out for a cozy stay. Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife visitors! A great spot for a getaway or bring the kids for adventures! The home shares property with a second rental house separated by a fence.

Our guest ADU is a cozy, private studio (12' x 20'), with lots of natural light, 2 skylights, garden view, and attached patio/deck. Includes free Level-2 EV charger usage. Quiet, heated, a/c, lots of amenities, incl. wifi, cableTV, coffee, mini-fridge, & micro-wave. Close to Lane Event Center, and minutes away from Downtown and U of O Campus. Walking distance to neighborhood restaurants & grocery/shopping . Good space for couples, business/stop-over travelers and solo adventurers.

River Road Refuge

Quiet and close to downtown Eugene, this guest house has the tranquility of it's farming past. Its a short stroll to the Willamette River (stop by Ciderlicious on the way!) & pathway to the Whittaker Neighborhood and the downtown. Easy access from the 569 Beltline too. Guests have their own entrance and back deck and bathroom. There is a small refrigerator to use in the room. We provide coffee, a variety of teas and snacks. We are a retired couple, not a corporation in the Airbnb business.

With coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and so much more in the area, this is the perfect spot in Eugene. Only a few blocks from bike share and city bus stops. Wake up and pour yourself some coffee and then start your day exploring!

Private Bungalow tucked into our back yard. Serene and quiet space, though close to all amenities. Drop off your car and walk to football games & Olympic and local track events as well as outdoor concerts at Cuthbert. Oakway Hyatt and The Residence Inn just one block away each. River bike paths just one block away. Want to settle in for a while? Visiting? In between? Here for a short-term work assignment? Bring your suitcases and step into your own comfortable home for a while.

Pet Friendly Tiny Glass House No Cleaning Fee

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the River Road area. Close to the Willamette River bike paths, the Whit, Riverbend Hospital, downtown, Autzen Stadium and the the airport. The house has a private entrance and lots of off street parking. Full size washer and dryer. Enjoy a fully fenced private yard where you and your dog can hang out around the fire-pit and stargaze. If you are bringing your pets, please add them to your reservation, so we can prepare for them.

Hidden Garden Cottage

The space is a 1 bedroom cottage in our fully fenced back yard surrounded by gardens in the front and a chicken run in the back. It’s away from the street and pretty quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is small but has everything necessary for cooking meals. Fresh eggs, u-pick blueberries, strawberries and garden veggies are available when in season. I’ve included everything for yoga and a large assortment of board games and puzzles for kids.
