Wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle? Enjoy a stay at our 3rd Generation Family Ranch that is located 3 1/2 miles East of Highway 99. We have something for everyone! You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

River Street Airbnb

Airbnb has moved their fee from the guest to the host. Many hosts have increased their fee to compensate. We have not changed any fees for now. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. A fenced yard will keep the family safe and young children contained. Has a large deck for entertaining and a large patio. Plenty of parking. Has a storm shelter for bad weather. Please review our house rules so that you understand the particulars of River Street.

This comfy cabin overlooking Fall River Lake is perfect for a peaceful weekend getaway or an even longer retreat. You can start your morning by watching the sun rise over the lake and listening to the birds! We offer a 15% discount if you book for a week (1 day free) or a 25% discount if you book for a month (1 week free per month). We have Dish Network set up for cable TV and Starlink internet available. Please keep in mind that there are 5 miles of dirt road you will drive on to arrive.

Please Be Our Guest in a century-old farmhouse built by our great-grandfather. The residence has all modern conveniences including central heat and air and rural Water. Guests will have access to the lower floor which includes three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, sitting room, large family room, and utility room with washer and dryer. A large porch and wooden deck are perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the peace and quiet offered by this rural location.

The Lodge of South Owl

Only one mile south from historic Yates Center Square, within 30 minutes of three state parks and two city lakes. This house is perfect for being close to town but experiencing the country life. The house is located down a dead-end. With this house being located on top of a hill, you can appreciate the Kansas sunsets and overlooking South Owl Creek from the deck. There is a carport available. Pets are welcome with a $25 pet fee.
