A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included. Ideaal als je echt even tot rust wilt komen of wanneer je overdag de stad wilt ontdekken en daarna weer wil ontspannen. Het eiland is uitsluitend per boot bereikbaar. Voor €30 per dag huur je een motorbootje waarmee je eenvoudig van en naar het eiland vaart én de Vinkeveense Plassen kunt verkennen.

You will need a car if you are staying with us we are about 3 miles away from the nearest village Sorry we don't have facilities for children or babies and as we have our own dogs we cannot accept pets.

Cottage at Boholmsviken on the island Sävö

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed. This unique house is a former greenhouse located on an island. In 2023, it was rebuilt and now features a fresh and charming interior. The house is accessible only by boat. Of course, we provide a boat equipped with an electric outboard motor. Upon your arrival, we’ll pick you up and show you how to operate the boat, as well as how to tie knots and secure the boat properly. Let the adventure begin!
